This product is part of the Lexium 32i range, an offer integrated servo drive from 0.6kW to 2.2kW. The 10-pole servo motor features a medium moment of inertia with maximum mechanical speed of 6000RPM, keyed shaft and holding brake. It is equipped with a SinCos Hiperface® encoder (32768 points/turn) for automatic transmission of data from the servo motor to the servo drive. BMI servo motor has a medium inertia motor, which means it is particularly suitable for medium and high-load applications. It helps to simplify installation and adjustment through a more robust adjustment of the movement. It is a servo motor with a rated supply voltage of 208V to 480V and a continuous output current of 4A at 8kHz. The shaft dimensions are 19mm (Diameter) x 40mm (Length). It is furnished with printed circuit board connector for electrical connection. It is an IP54 (shaft) and IP65 (housing) rated product. Its dimensions are 338mm (Length) x 100mm (Width) and centring collar dimensions are 3.5mm (Depth) x 95mm (Diameter) with 115mm circle diameter of the mounting hole. It is suitable for applications involving high-precision, dynamic positioning such as material handling, material working, packaging and printing. This product is compatible with drive control unit LXM32i CANopen and drive control unit LXM32i EtherCAT. It supports international standard 100mm flange mount with a natural convection cooling system. Encoder gives the absolute position of the motor so that flows can be synchronized and sends data from the servo motor to the control unit, which provides automatic motor identification when the Lexium 32i starts. Lexium BMI servo motor provides high power density values to optimize machine compactness. BMI servo motor has a medium inertia motor, which means they are particularly suitable for medium and high-load applications.
