Type S NEMA nonreversing magnetic motor starters are for motor control applications. NEMA Size 2 starters have ratings of 10 HP at 200 VAC, 15 HP at 230 VAC and 25 HP at 460 and 575 VAC three phase. Starter has a maximum rating of 45 amperes. Type S NEMA motor starters are available in 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 pole versions. This 3 pole starter is for poly phase applications. These starters are available with a wide variety of replaceable coil voltages. Starter has a 208 VAC 60 Hz operating coil. This nonreversing NEMA motor starter has a melting alloy type overload relay that uses Type B thermal units to sense over current conditions. A painted sheet steel NEMA 3R/12 dusttight enclosure is used to protect this starter. Enclosure is 16.00 inches tall, 8.13 inches wide and 9.28 inches deep. A wide variety of accessories are available for Type S starters. Type S NEMA motor starters are UL listed and CSA certified for global applications.
